BBQ AND RIDEOUT

hi folks,
anne and i are going to hold a BBQ at our house for all you bikers!!!.
the event will take place on saturday 3rd of july from 6pm onwards.
you can stay overnight in your tent in our garden or bring a sleeping bag and crash out in our house!!!
strongbow and i have organised a rideout the next morning going to cheddar gorge and then on to weston. riding back to our house in the afternoon for you to collect your kit before going home.
we will be supplying the food, but could you bring some drink of your liking.
rideout will leave our house at 10am and return approx 5pm.
if you cannot make the BBQ, then try to come on the ride instead or vice versa.
would you please post up your names if you are going to attend the BBQ as we need a rough guide on numbers for food requirements.if you are vegetarian,would you let us know please.
ALL OF THIS IS SUBJECT TO THE WEATHER BEING DRY FOR BOTH EVENTS.
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 10TH AND 11TH OF JULY WILL BE THE RESERVE DATE IF NEEDED.
