Birmingham German Xmas Market - 4th December

During the beer supping session tonight aka Club night, someone mentioned Birmingham's German Xmas Market and so a plan was hatched for a J4R assault.

The plan so far is to travel up by train so we can maybe have a drink or two and do the market and shopping :brickwall:

if you are so disposed. It would make a change and is a decent day out. Lots of sausage, garlic potato / drink related stuff so it should suit any number of us.

If anyone else wants to tag along, please append your name to the list.

I'll sort out train times later.

1st train out of Gloucester is the 10:01 (10:12 from Cheltenham), returning on the 16:42 from Birmingham. How does that sound?

Spoke to a lady at one of our sub-contractors today. She went on Saturday and she said it was absolutely heaving! Should be quieter mid-week though. Good luck!!!

Went to German market yesterday on the way back from buying the bike in Nottingham. Big mistake (going to the market that is) absolutely heaving, but had us nice frankfurters whilst there. Was a long day all in, but buying the bike made it worthwhile!
