:evil: [color=gotta say that ive just fitted a new rear sprock to the tiller but had to draw a line with the front one as the sprock cover is undoable but sits behind another case that has what looks like the clutch fluid pipe running through it ??????????? whyOwhy do these sha**ing designers design bike that are sooooo much to work on for the simplest task :twisted: it really gets on my t*ts, ,,, sooo now it looks like the fluids gotta be drained then refilled and bled just so i can have a new front sprock :x 5 minute job on any other bike id dare say :roll: any way rant over for now , :roll: #408040][/color]

Lets hope this modification doesnt get as heated as the last one and that you get to grips with :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

On a serious note, all i can say is you will be surprised what these designers come up with they can really make you sit back and wonder why the hell did they do that for or even how did they do that; im away next week but if you are struggling still by the week after let me know and if you want bring it down to the workshop one evening and we can do it for you.

once we get WIRED in to the prob, it will take no time to fix.
the spanners will get HOT and i expect the language will be GRIPPING!!!!!! :o :o :o

Hi

I gotta say i remember doing a chain and sprocket on me cbr600 and the front sprocket was so easy. You just took the cover off and there it was. Not the same story on me Hayabusa much more difficult ................. ah well just wierd how different manufactureres differ so much.

welll id given up last nite and had pulled all me hair out over the frustration :o ( no not the game )then strongy rings by chance and says that he'll pop round with a print out of the prob off the net. well the short version is , is that its now done , and i gotta say a big thank you to him cause he even popped back home and back to me again when i realsed i didnt have the right size socket to remove the sprocket :oops: cheers rob for the help and extras :oops: :oops: :lol: thanks to james and diggs too, good to know help is always at hand 8-)

NP Matey ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) glad we got it sorted ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) :-D . Least now it will be ready for sunday and monday weather permitting of course. Like i sad earlier just amazes me how bikes differ.

plaz really gets HEATED when things dont go to plan and when he does get to GRIPS with it,he cools down. :roll: :roll:
dont forget to lube the chain as it will run too HOT and GLUE itself to the fron sprocket casing. :o :o
be careful when you do that as its easy to BURN your hands. ;) ;)

treds putting chain on today i hope,,, :roll: the clutch has to be bled tonight ,so no doubt theres gonna be more cock ups (no puns intended anyone ) :oops: i did have to glue the front indicator this morn and then spent a moment or 15 with the enemies nail file , filing the stuff of me digits :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops: :) i should of left that one for digger help :lol: :lol: ;)
