Network engineers will be upgrading the switch and load balancer Tonight at 11:59 pm PST. We expect there to be 30-45minutes downtime.

Not sure when 11:59PST is in relation to GMT, just be aware if you can't access J4R.

Isn't PST Pacific Standard Time? If so, the outage will be tomorrow morning - 9 or 10am, I guess (not checked the time difference).
