Hi, Im Sarah - I ride an SV650s and yes ive had my fall within 2 weeks of riding. But its now 2 years, im back on and am now riding my bike in support for Macmillan cancer.

Bikers4Macmillan is a fundraising group based in Lincolnshire who raise money for Macmillan Cancer. We are bikers who rasie funds and not fundraisers who ride bikes.
We have a few social rides throughout the year but or main flagship charity event is the the Annual Overnight Ride from Holyhead to Skegness and it takes place overnight on June 23rd/24th 2012 and this will be its 4th year running.

The ride departs from Southstack Car park (LL65 1YH), Holyhead at 9.30pm and travels across country (no Motorways) and aims to arrive at Skegness by 4.15am just as the sun rises.

Last years tour was a great success with 36 riders completing the 256 miles and raising over £5000! I just wish that we can better that this year.

The ride/route is fully marshalled and there are plenty of fuel/refreshment stops along the way as well as the odd bacon butty thrown in!

Participants are asked to pre-register (Rider only £10, Rider and Pillion £15) through our website:
http://www.bikers4macmillan.org.uk/registration.aspx

All funds raised go to Macmillan Cancer Support.

Hope to see as many of you there as possible!
