hi folks, im looking to buy a set of handlebars for my mates bike.
the original ones were badly damaged today during a spot of diy.
so was the anti roll pin, switchgear and throttle tube. hehehe
the wiring could also be suspect now as a screwdriver was prob rammed thro it trying to take the switchgear apart
if anyone has a cheap set, preferably with heated grips already attached please call PLAZ AGAIN!!!!!!!      .

HOOOOORRRAAAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!! heated grips now fitted and ready to be wired in. :-D :-D :-D
had to overcome a few problems first, like finding another screw still left in the switchgear housing, which plaz tried to prize off with a screwdriver and failed miserably by snapping off the bar pin   .
i fixed that problem by undoing the screw and taking the top off oh so easily hehehe and supergluing the switchgear back to the handlebar.
thats where the second problem occured, as plaz undone the bottle of glue,he squeezed the bottle and covered me in superglue, which ultimately glued me to the bike!!!!!!
i have now left the plaz residence knowing that the grips have been fitted ok and the switchgear patched up ready to go. :) :)
this is were the next problem may occur. i have left plaz to wire the grips to the bikes wiring loom!!!!!!! :o :o
i hope he has fire insurance on the bike and the house and also hope he does not wire them up to the flasher unit as the heated grips will go on,off,on,off,on,off lmao!!!!.
i was lucky to get away with the last posting, as i expected plaz to get a bit HEATED towards me,but was glad to see that he got to GRIPS with the prob and now he is BAR none,a good friend again :-D :-D :-D :-D
