Ay up fella. Thanks for asking.

The missus is still in pain, the quack think it's muscular so she's off work for another two weeks, at least.

The XJR's a write off so I'm waiting for the insurance Co. to settle up before I get another XJR (of course)! If they settle early, I'll buy one but if they settle later in the season, I may buy the old one back and build the motor into a monoshock Twizzle double tube custom frame providing I can find somewhere to do the strip down/rebuild as I have no garage here and I can do the buy back deal at the right price.

My left foot is still swollen but at least the bruising has gone and my shoulder is much better now but I still get the odd twinge.

Here's a few pics of a double tube frame Twizzle made for an R1 a while ago so you can get a rough idea of what it's about.

 That's no garage, it's a collection of outbuildings covered with tarpaulins to make his "shed". The guys a star when it comes to frame building.... from such humble buildings comes some unique designs.
