Anyone doing anything on Bank Holiday Monday? I fancy a run out and the weather is supposed the be excellent.

Abergavenny appeals but open to almost anything.

i organise a rideout and no one comes, you others do it and every one wants to go!!!!

I would have come out with you the other night if I did not have to work late. Also it was an evening ride, and this one is on a Bank Holiday, so it is easier to take part. John don't beat yourself up mate. If you continue to be paranoid, I will have to speak to my colleagues in white coats. :lol:

OK Rob... you want to lead us to Aber mate? I need some retraining with my lines and stuff (rider improvement in two weeks) so would appreciate any help.

Sounds like you should consider joining C-CAM mate. Maybe you should join us on one of the ride outs sometime.

Was thinking about it earlier in the year before the off... 3 months without the wheels put paid to that. Next year it is then.... anyway, I have a rider improvement to attend on the 17th Sept so no time to mess about now.

How about 10am at the bunny and leave at 10:15am. No probs leading matey and I can put my C-cam head on and you can follow me no probs at all.

Really enjoyed the rideout today (up to a point) as the incident we came accross definately took the wind out of our sails.
certainly brings it home just how fragile life is & my thoughts go out to the young lads family, 18 yrs old, such a waste of life.

Thanks to everyone for the company & hopefully the next one will be a happier one.

Had a nice day today but of course the accident we came across obviously put a dampner on things. Also my thoughts go out to the lads family such a shame. When I was puting my bike away I thought that poor chap wont be doing that again put a real lump in my throat. So sad.

sorry to hear of this , seems such a shame , but we must all be carefull, hope the day wasn't spoilt too much but i guess it does make you think,.... i spent the day with familly out in the cotswolds and saw plenty of bikers out enjoying the fine weather,
