Just putting some feelers out to see if there's any interest for a ride out, weather permitting, to the Ace for breakfast and the Vintage Jap Bike meet on the 5th of September.

If you are up for it, append your moniker below.

Yup, we could well be up for this buddy although I think I have a collectors fair I'm supposed to be going to at the Three Counties in Malvern on that day so I'll not be back in Chelt till 11-11:30 ish.
Will let you know 8-)
What sort of time you planning on leaving mate? I know it opens at 9am.

The date isn't fixed in stone although the Vintage Jap thing will be... if it suits more another date can be arranged. I was going to suggest an 8am start. No route planned as I'm just testing the water.

Is it still an 8am start at the bunny? I assume the route will be the direct one through oxford?

    Assume nothing! Borney's leading.... so we'll probably end up in Derby!

Yeah! 8am at the bunny.... if Red decides to brave big, bad Laaandaaan then I think the plan is to meet her up Moreton way.... Where we go from there is up to Kev.

Thanks to all who came today... nice turnout. Great to see Deb, Tracey, Cosmic and Nigel again. Hope everyone enjoyed themselves. Some decent roads there and back too.

Some nice older bikes at the Ace, lots of Kawasaki triples and Suzuki 1100/ Katanas there as well as a good few Z900 Kwaks amongst the other bits and pieces. :)

The Ace itself didn't disappoint. It's a bleedin' icon ennit? I still think £14 for two sarnies, a cuppa and a can was slightly OTT though.

Enjoyed the H cafe too... we must get out there again soon.
