Thursday 28th April Social meet

Hi

As some of you are aware a few of us meet at the Cross Keys pub in Gloucester every Thursday to plays darts and generally have a good time. We are keen to try and make this a regular event and hope to meet old and new members alike. Everyone is more than welcome to come along and say hello, you will be made very welcome

. New members generally get the first round in :lol:

We normally get there about 8pm so hope to see some of you there

Off to Paignton Thursday night (I think) ready for the bike festival.
If we don't go Thursday may pop over for an hour or so, Dave loves his game of darts, not that he's any good lol.
Although in his younger days I must say he was not a bad player.

I went to the wrong pub it was the MAG group meet,went with my darts etc & all were totally confused!!!
My excuss-fell off scaffold recently,cracked 4 ribs but may be banged my head as well!!

With the 2,000 piece darts Professional kit I got you for your Birthday I would have thought you to be a budding Eric Bristow by now!! :lol:

Great turn out this evening! 10 of us turned up and had a right laugh trying to play pool. Happy to say that Dave and I were champions but they do say cream always rises to the top!

Give it a couple of weeks and we'll drag the Shove ha'penny board out and take on all comers at that too!

We'll soon have a team of fine pub games athletes in the group with all this practice!
